This can be done via the Alexa app or a web browser, just the same way that you manage (install and uninstall) apps on a smart phone or tablet. Typically, skills are voice-driven Alexa capabilities. The user can add Alexa skills to Echo in order to bring products and services to life.The Alexa Skills Kit (ASK) provides self-service APIs and tools that you can use to build Alexa skills. You can also hire an agency with Alexa expertise to help your organization build a skill.
